Abstract

Radiation-Associated Breast Angiosarcoma (RABA) is a rare pathology occur for less than 1% of all breast malignancies, with no consensus of optimal treatment and a reported poor prognosis. We reported a rare case of Radiation-Associated Breast Angiosarcoma, treted with surgical exeresis and neoadjuvant chemotherapic tretament after breast relapse with a good Disease Free Survival.

Reporting this case we recommend to consider a chemotherapic approach as soon as possible with the aim to downsizing the lesion and increase the patient’s Survival.
