Abstract

During the pandemic era of COVID-19, a Turner syndrome child with rapid progressive cellulitis was found to be SARS-CoV-2 positive with routine the PCR testing. The case improved rapidly while turning the SARS-CoV-2 PCR-test to the negative side. This unprecedented health crisis could be a spectrum of Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C), lymphedema that associate Turner syndrome, part of skin manifestations of COVID-19, or incidental. The current study demonstrates a predictive link between SARS-CoV-2 and cellulitis.
