Excess amount of ITZ (approximately 12 mg) was dissolved in a small volume of a mixture of propylene glycol and HCl, and the solution was mixted with saline solution of T-1 or HPβCD containing a small amount of NaOH. The final concentration of propylene glycol in the mixture was 10% and pH was approximately neutral, respectively.
