Editor Roles & Responsibility

Graphy Publications strongly committed to transparent peer review, editorial process to publish high-quality scientific content, to make scientific information Open Access for the development of scholarly community. The editor has overall responsibility for the publication’s content. To archive quality publication, we strongly seek the support of our editor, reviewer for the quality, quick review & editorial process.

All articles published under Graphy Publications based on scope, high quality content, originality, clarity, compatible subject matter, with ethics and undergo transparent, high-quality peer review process.

Graphy Publications provide complete freedom to Editor-In-Chief as well as editorial board members for the improvement of the quality of the journal to peer review process towards the publication of the manuscript.

Regular Guidelines for Editorial Board Members

  • Suggestion towards the maintenance of journal standard.
  • Active participation peer review process for rapid manuscript processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and objectivity with regard to manuscripts processing and monitoring journal review process.
  • Regular interaction with editorial office towards the quality improvement of the journals.
  • Representing the journals at different international conferences.
  • Making editorial decisions on time towards the rapid publication process.
  • Encourages submission of high quality articles to the journal by personally recruiting authors, assisting with outreach.

Editor-In-Chief

The Editor-In-Chief is responsible for the high-quality scientific content of the journal and communicates with Executive editor, Associate editor, reviewer and authors to maintain the journal standard. The Editor-In-Chief consistently places the needs of readers first and foremost in the composition of the journal and makes every effort to ensure that the journal is a well-cultivated resource to be engaged in scientific communities. Graphy Publications provides complete freedom to Editor-In-Chief for rejection and acceptance of manuscript towards publication.

Criteria

  • The editor should have more than 80-150 publications.
  • The academic rank should be professor, principal investigator or equivalent.
  • The research interest should relevant to the journal scope.

Roles & Responsibility

  • The Editor-In-Chief monitor the peer review process in collaboration with editorial office and is responsible for the quality content in the corresponding journal.
  • The Editor-In-Chief should organize and chairs at least one editorial board meeting in a year.
  • The Editor-in-chief should encourage and solicit the submission of relevant, original and high quality manuscripts for the journal by personally recruiting authors.
  • Sends written quarterly reports to editorial office and editorial board members for journal progress, vision, evaluations, recommendations, and future plans.
  • Works with Editorial Board to implement editorial policies that meet high ethical standards for journal publication.
  • To meet high quality content in the journal publication, Editor-In-Chief is complete independent in rejection, acceptances and resubmission of manuscript.
  • Supervise the response of reader, complaints, suggestions and ethical issues regarding published work including plagiarism, fraudulent works.

Executive Editor

The Executive Editor is responsible for the overall editorial direction and content and strategy of the journal. Primary focus is on guiding the journal to consistent high quality and impact and toward the achievement of both short - term and long - term objectives. The Executive editor serving period will be for two year, if editor wish to continue it can be extended for one more year.

Criteria

  • The editor should have more than 50-100 publications.
  • The academic rank should be professor, principal investigator or equivalent.
  • The research interest should relevant to the journal scope.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Leading the editorial team and publications committee.
  • The publication of high quality issues according to a predetermined publication schedule that reflects the association's mission and learning areas.
  • Maintaining publication standards for performance including quality, integrity and overall editorial content, design and layout.
  • Managing and directing, associate editors, special issue editors for the improvement of the quality of the journal.
  • Sources and solicits articles from well-known colleagues, academics, and consultants that are consistent and aligned with editorial content and quality requirements.
  • Representing the journal at different international conferences, academic meetings.
